I was still in college when I started coaching singers and actors as well as directing educational theater shows at local high schools in Montgomery County Maryland and, starting in 1997, New York City area schools. Almost immediately after co-founding EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH Improv Comedy I was teaching workshops in k12 schools, colleges and corporate team building. In 2011 I opened my own comedy school in Times Square, at the request of a number of fans/regulars of our shows. in 2020 I published my first comedy text books IMPROV on ZOOM and STAND-UP COMEDY books. Now I work with at least 2-3 corporate teams/week using Improv to teach team, leadership, sales, service, presentation skills, interview skills and more. My team delivers SEL (Social Emotional Learning) via Improv shows, workshops, residencies and professional development programming.
