    I never found success as an actor until I learned to love the process of getting work – from auditions, to networking, to marketing for gigs etc. I started “working” in 1994ish, local dinner theater, and lots of stipend work, but not until 2005 did I quit my day job, working full time using my talents on stage, at corporate events, educational outreach programming, and producing my own events. Now I spend 80 hours/week performing, teaching, commuting, marketing, etc so I never have to spend another hour working dead end meaningless jobs.

    In 2008 I landed a manager to submit me for commercials, TV and film. I had already gotten myself booked on NICK, MTV, WE, a few commercials and 9 episodes of David Letterman. Working in the club’s, a guys selling tickets on the street said to me, “My friend knows a manager. Let me connect you!” About a week later I met Jaime Baker. A week later I booked my first national SAG commercial. Since then I have had some costar on Billions, Blue Bloods, Royal Pains, HBO’s Pause with Sam Jay and Blacklist.

    I never truly loved teaching until I learned to love mentoring students of all ages to use art to either pay the bills or enrich their lives in other ways. There are millions of teachers out there. I do my best to serve the way my mentors served me. Sometimes life lessons are blunt realities. Sometimes, far too often, students don’t appreciate the message or education. But there is nothing more glorious than seeing your students shine in a showcase. Since 2011 I have seeing running a comedy (mostly Improv) school in Times Square. Of course seeing them become TV/Film stars is whole other phenom. Watching former colleagues become writers on TV shows, WINNING A TONY!!!!! I brag zero credit, but bask in the pride of being a tiny part of their journey.

    In 2014 I bought a house. As rents skyrocket I am locked in. Combined with tenacity as an entertainment business owner I have survived inflation, pandemic, 2008 crash etc. While others complain about fairness, lack of opportunities etc, I focus on getting work. I’d like to teach you how….

    A fan of the Bronx Tale movie, one man show, Broadway Musical? It all starts on Arthur Ave, the REAL Little Italy of New York City. Chazz Palminteri (Bromx Tale, Usual Suspect l etc etc etc) has partnered with my buddy at La Casa Grande Cigars to create CHAZZ wine and BRONX TALE cigars. But these are not mere branding exercises by a famous actor, both are getting rave reviews from industry experts.

    This is going to be a huge event AND I never leave Arthur Ave hungry. I tried. Noe. Impossible. Maybe I didn’t try too hard, making stops at all the delis, pastry shops, etc etc etc. Get tickets, but then play cookie form work and make a day of it!!!!     New York Improv Theater presents EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH Improv Comedy, an interactive musical comedy show, with skits and songs improvised based on audience suggestions and participation. Our MC warms up the crowd and interacts every 4-5 minutes asking your favorite movies, tv show, pop culture/sports/politics stories etc. Every show features 3-4 musical numbers plus 3-4 chances for audience to hop on stage and help personally steer the comedy direction.

    Fans have seen the show at THE NY Improv, World Famous Laugh Factory, Caroline’s on Broadway, touring nationwide and now, since 2011, at the Broadway Comedy Club.
